Elements that made our first annual event a success:
- Theme: "Pre-Black Friday Sale"
- Ambiance: Christmas trees, stockings, holiday scents in the air, Christmas lights
- Food: Very light- Sweet treats such as mini scones, brownie bites, chocolates, toasted nuts, champagne and sparkling juice
- Displays: Easy to read signage, holiday accents, brochures, business cards, table clothes, candles
- Ordering Process: Very simple: ONE order form with all vendors listed, and easy ordering instructions, a clipboard and pen for each customer
- Incentives: Each guest receives an entry form so that they can win a LARGE prize just for attending. (No need to order anything). Literature hand-outs with additional purchase, hosting, or sign-up incentives.
- Invites: Promote with the use of emails, Evite, FaceBook, etc... Allow guests to bring a friend.
